MOVING TOWARDS A LIFE AS A VEGETARIAN

My Story

For most of my life, I thought I needed meat to sustain my active lifecycle as a soccer player, runner, skier, and bicyclist. It wasn't until a few years ago that in response to some key influencers, I decided to move towards becoming a vegetarian. 


I have created this blog to tell my story, share the influences, and hopefully help you move towards becoming a vegetarian too.
